Custom order normal delivery is 4 to 6 weeks. Rush fees may apply to Custom orders. 
 

In the event full payment is not received by said date, any amounts already paid will be deemed non-refundable.

All prices are in U.S. Dollars, and refunds, if any, shall be in U.S. Dollars

If there is any change in the exchange rate during the invoice and the actual delivery of the product then the client will be responsible for any further charge.

Damage Policy:
At Nymeyer’s at Tanglewwod we strive to pack each shipment so that there will be no damages. However, sometimes damages can not be avoided. If for any reason you receive items that were damaged in shipment please follow these three steps.

1. Immediately contact either UPS or Fed Ex Ground, depending on which one we used on your shipment and inform them that there was damage.
2. Save the box and any packing material that was in the box.
3. Contact us so that we can replace the item and follow through with the shipping company to file a claim.

We can only replace items that we can file a claim against so please make sure and follow the above steps so that we can honor your request for replacement. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact us.
